Of over 700 farmers in Dawson county, there are only 25 CSP farmers. The CSP program is in recognition of our dedication to the conservation of the soil. The paved highway on the west side of this land gives the purchaser a guaranteed access from the western half mile border. Just a short distance off this highway to the east one could have a building site which would give one almost total isolation from view. You really could feel all alone, yet have a very easy access.
