Land for sale Description : ::: SOLD ::: 10-acre lots are priced at $4250 apiece. However, you can buy 20 acres (two lots) for $6450 each or the whole 40-acre plot for $12,500. This is a great bargin compared to similar property sold here and other sites. Much of the Hudspeth County land being sold on the internet is barren dessert, miles from civilization. This plot is directly in a mountain valley, less than 20 minutes of fabulous mountain driving from I-10. We are individual land sellers who know exactly which plot of land we are selling. There are three churches of various religions and two golf courses. The school district has facilities for all grades. There are multiple historical markers within the city to attest to its heritage.
